Yes. We prepare testing laboratories for approval under O‘z DSt 3410:2019, including scope review, documentation and records, personnel training, and resolution of nonconformities identified during assessment.

ETL approval is the procedure for confirming the technical competence of an electrical testing laboratory under national requirements. Accreditation is a conformity assessment against ISO/IEC 17025.

We prepare laboratories that test electrical installations and equipment, including insulation resistance, grounding systems, cables, transformers, switchgear assemblies, and other electrical equipment.

We do not limit our work to preparing a set of documents. Our goal is to build a fully functioning system with clear processes, responsible specialists, technical records, trained personnel, and full readiness for official audits and inspections.

A laboratory audit is needed to independently assess how correctly the laboratory performs its functions within the enterprise: control of raw materials, production processes, and finished products; application of approved test methods; use of serviceable and verified measuring instruments; maintenance of technical records; and assurance of reliable results. Such an audit is suitable for enterprises that have their own quality-control laboratory but do not intend to undergo accreditation or approval.
